Walk It, Harlem
Several TouroCOM students volunteered at Harlem Children’s Zone “Walk it out” event on Saturday March 24. “Walk it out” is a program designed to promote healthy lifestyles in Harlem. Students that participated included: Azuka Onye, Eguono Eduvie, Catrina LeBlanc, Orlando Thomas, and Anastasia Clervil.

The Pediatrics Club organized a presentation for a group of students at a local Harlem elementary school where they discussed and educated the students on nutrition, asthma and the importance of exercise.

Wanting to spread the Purim cheer, Moshe Benner arranged a trip to an old age home near Landers and students danced and laughed with some of the residents.
