Earn 3 graduate college credits. EOIN 654 - EDSC Archeological Excavation and Methodology for Social Studies Instruction. Explore Jewish history in Israel with hands-on experience working at an archeological dig.

The program runs from June 19th to July 8th, 2022.

What You’ll Learn

The program includes lectures, archeological digging, and excavation at the Tel Burna Archeological Park.

Cost

Total cost of the program: $1750 when registered before May 31.

$1,850 when registered after May 31.

Registration fee: $350 (non-refundable)
Program cost (after registration fee):$1,400 when registered before May 31.

$1,500 when registered after May 31.

All travel expenses to Israel are the responsibility of the participant and are not included in the cost listed.

The program is open to all - students, faculty, administration and non-students.

Cancellation Policy

Touro reserves the right to cancel or modify the program related to any need or force majeure, including but not limited to, hostilities, civil strife, Covid-19 or any other pandemic, instability, war, mandate, or practice that could prevent participants to enter Israel or achieve the full vision of the planned experience. If the trip is canceled the participants will receive a full refund.

  • Each Participant must sign a Waiver of Liability (Covid and otherwise.)
  • Participants must purchase their own flights to Israel.
  • If a participant decides to cancel his participation in the trip, a refund can be requested up to 30 days before the trip (all registration fees are not refundable).
  • Travel requirements may include confirmation of vaccination and/or additional testing to enter/exit the country.
  • Programs and courses are subject to change.
