Biography

Rebecca (Rivkah) Tyler currently serves as the Program Management Associate of Online Education. Rivkah works directly with the Program Manager of Online Education to help students, faculty members, and Touro Instructional Designers deliver an optimal online learning experience at Touro College. Rivkah received her BS in finance from Adelphi University.
