Logan Smeallie

Biography

Logan Smeallie is a video producer and educator working with the Department of Online Education to improve the video learning options available to Touro’s students. He graduated from the University of North Carolina with B.A.S. in Physics and in Media Studies & Production, and graduated from Boston University with a M.S. in Television Production. He has worked in several roles at the intersection of education and video production, including as a GRE Instructor and video editor for the test prep company Manhattan Prep, a manager of video production at Kaplan Test Prep, and a kids filmmaking instructor at New York Film Academy. In his work as Instructional Video Coordinator, he is helping faculty use the engaging power of learning video to improve outcomes and user experiences for Touro’s students.
