Jessie Chang graduated from New York University with an MA degree in Digital Media Design for Learning. She specializes in adult learning by applying learning theories effectively to address the learning needs and developing engaging content/multimedia to enhance the learning experience. She enjoys helping people grow and thrive with her instructional design skills.
