William "Bill" Muskopf has over 25 years of experience working as a fully certified product manager. Bill holds certifications as a ITIL 4 Managing Professional, Agile Certified Practitioner, Certified Risk Practitioner, and is a Certified Project Management Professional. Along with Bill’s industry-standard certifications, he holds a Master of Science degree, specializing in Project Management, from Boston University and teaches at Touro College Graduate School of Technology.
