Michael Foti, DO

Dr. Michael Foti earned his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine at the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine in Long Island, New York. He trained in Internal Medicine at the Yale-New Haven Health-Greenwich Hospital Internal Medicine Residency Program in Greenwich, Connecticut. Dr. Foti is a passionate advocate for mental health awareness among healthcare professionals and his personal experience with anxiety and depression has spurred his mission to end the stigma surrounding mental health in the medical community. He has presented at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine campuses in Middletown, Harlem and Montana and to the Council of Osteopathic Student Government Presidents and the National Student Osteopathic Medical Association. Dr. Foti has been a guest on the American Medical Association's STEPS Forward Podcast and the Osmosis' Raise the Line Podcast to share his mental health journey. He currently serves as Faculty Advisor for the National Alliance on Mental Illness-On Campus Student Organization at TouroCOM Middletown.
