Welcome to our general medical magazine of the web, where we offer a variety of topics spanning adult and pediatric medicine. Our programs will appeal to healthcare providers and, as always, the CME credit is free. Our topics will also be of interest to anyone wishing to keep up-to-date about healthcare. Take the opportunity to tune in and pose questions to our panelists.

An online webinar, the 30th Symposium sponsored by New York Medical College of Touro University.

What's current? What's common? What do lots of healthcare providers and patients need to know?

Opening Remarks and Moderator

Presenters

Do I need a vaccine for pneumococcal pneumonia and, if I do, what kind?
Do I need hearing aids and, if I do, who do I go to for testing and recommendations? There seems to be a lot of choices for hearing aid professionals and hearing aids on the market?
Do I still need a PSA (prostate specific antigen) test as part of my routine physical? It seems pretty controversial.
Do I need to transfer my teenager's medical care from a pediatrician to an "adult" physician and, for my daughter, does she need an obstetrician-gynecologist? He/she is leaving for college this fall.
Do I need to go to a specialty shop to buy running shoes or shoes for sports? Aren't regular sneakers good enough?
