This is an online interactive workshop for undergraduate women. In this session we will focus on mindfulness.

Meetings are held virtually, through Zoom, and are open to all undergraduate women at Touro. This group is facilitated by Miri Goldman, LMSW, of the Student Mental Health Services Department at Touro.

This workshop is third of a 4-part series, offered every Tuesday in February. Each workshop is stand-alone and you can join as you like, even if you haven't attended a previous workshop. In each workshop you will develop integral skills to succeed and thrive in school and your personal life. You will learn ways to understand and be empowered by your emotions.
