Ethical Hacking in the Cloud

This workshop teaches attendees how to set up virtual machines within cloud environments to learn basic ethical hacking techniques in a guided manner. Students are often limited in their attempts to practice hands-on learning due to a lack of access to sophisticated hardware. The goal of this workshop is to inform attendees of cost-friendly alternatives and open-source resources to engage in ethical hacking practices.

About the Presenter:

Satchit Hegde is an Assistant Professor at Touro GST and Coordinator of Cybersecurity. He is focused on addressing traditional barriers to entry in cybersecurity by delivering solutions to the public that will enhance their knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and practices.
