Composing a well-thought and concise email that strikes the right tone requires practice and skill.
Often, students neglect to consider their reader(s), and this oversight can lead to miscommunication and frustration. In this workshop, we will consider various examples of effective and ineffective emails as well as learn how to set the right tone and be persuasive.
